Blade baffled Evofire white slimline GU10 downlight. Fully fire rated and IP65 bathroom rated. This downlight can be fitted anywhere in the home. It has a supe thin 1mm bezzel which comes in matte white. It can be painted. The design of this downlight is ideal for bedrooms, dinning rooms and lounges. The LED GU10 is held back inside the unit slightly, this is reffered to as baffled. By stepping the LED upwards into the ceiling it narrows the beam of light and reduces glare from the side. You end up with a sword of light. This is great for highlighting features and wall washing. Possition the downlight 200mm from the wall and 1 metre apart and you will jet a beam of light down the wall. I often use this exact downlight on my designs and it always receives the best feedback. I surround family dinning tables, drop them over inbuilt waredrobes in the bedroom, possition just one in the centre of a free standing bath unit and the results are great. 

This is not a dedicated LED downlight, what this means is you can easily change over the LED GU10 lamp should it fail or cause issues. I much prefer this idea as on-going maintence is much easier. 

This downlight is fire rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes in compliance with BS476 Part 21:1987, Air Tightness compliant with Part C and Part L and Resistance to Sound compliant with Part E. See installation guide for full details.
