Surface Mounted Aluminium Profiles (also known as Extrusions) are engineered from high quality components and designed for Flexible LED tape between 8mm and 12mm. I will often specify a corner mounting LED profile in kitchen, run the profile across the back of the overhead cabinets and it will hold the tape on a 45 degree angle, this will throw all of the lighting to the front of your worktops, exactly where you need it. If you run the tape flat most of the lighting will wash down your splashbacks.
