A beautiful hand finished rusted aged metal pendant light set 380mm wide. To create this natural aged effect takes several days to break the raw metal finish down, once the golden natural rust has set in I then lacquer the shade and ceiling rose by hand to seal the finish. They each age slightly differently and this adds to the character of the finished lighting design. The finish is raw and textured and it is not an immitation rust look. I have perfected the process and using a chemical reaction I can rust the metal in a few days rather than years. It is a statement light and would suit any vintage interior design or barn conversion lighting project. We make this pendant using 1.5mm thick steel so the weight and quality of this shade is second to none. The shade itself is made right here in the UK and the shape and design are unique to us. We supply each pendant set with 1.5 metres of brown twisted fabric cable and a rusted ceiling rose. Each rose is supplied with a metal fixing bracket, earth lug and wago connectors for an easy installation. It comes with a black metal cord grip.
